Refund Policy

Returns: being a small fashion brand, we would not be able to accept returns or exchanges at the moment. We quality check before sending out Adira. If you received a defective/damaged product please reach out to us at: adira.label@hotmail.com to open up a conversation on how we may address your concern !

Damaged: Product purchased from our website will require a photo image of product in question. Once proven this product has a fault you can return this product for repairs for us to mail back or store credit at your shipping expense. Shipping charges and duties are ineligible for refund.

 

SCRUNCHIE DAMAGES UNTIL 2 MONTHS FROM PURCHASE

Products purchased from our website will require a photo image of the scrunchie in question. Our scrunchies have a guarantee of 2 months, if you have any concerns up until 2 months of purchase, kindly contact us on adira.label@hotmail.com to open up a conversation on how we may address the problem

WRAP TOP EXCHANGES

We accept exchange requests within 7 business days of your notified delivery date. Exchanges are only accepted for unworn, non-damaged wrap tops. If the item we receive back is damaged, we will not be able to process your exchange as requested. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the return (including shipping the product back and shipping out the new product).
